Sponsor ship

We offer organizations several opportunities to sponsor MarCom events and meetings. 

The money raised from sponsorships will support our internship program. This year, our goal is to raise $6,000 for three local students. Help us reach our goal! Sponsorship opportunities

Monthly Breakfast Meetings

For the low cost of $100, you can promote your business, event or service in front of 50-80 communication professionals at a monthly breakfast meeting. You will also receive:

• A write-up in the MarCom newsletter (150 words)
• Banner at the event
• Opportunity to leave goodies at the breakfast tables or have a booth/exhibit at the breakfast
• PSA at MarCom breakfast meeting

Spark Awards Sponsorship packages

Gold Sponsorships: $450

• Listed as a Gold Sponsor on the MarCom website; your organization’s logo will be hyperlinked from our Spark Award home page and all electronic correspondence to our member list
• 4 tickets to the Spark Awards, a $180 value!
• One Spark Entry at no charge
• Company name, logo and sponsor level printed on all collateral materials, including emails, invitations, awards presentation, posters, etc.
• Recognition during the awards of your sponsorship by the emcee and in media presentation. You may submit a 150 word company description that will be read on your company’s behalf
• Opportunity to provide company literature that will go into guests sponsor gift bags give to every attendee of the event
• Opportunity to provide logo items in our sponsor gift bags given to every attendee of the event

Silver Sponsorships: $250

• Listed as a Silver Sponsor on the MarCom website as well as all electronic correspondence to our member list
• 2 tickets to the Spark Awards, $90 value
• Company name, logo and sponsor level printed on all collateral materials, including emails, invitations, awards presentation, posters, etc.
• Recognition during the awards of your sponsorship by the emcee and in media presentation
• Opportunity to provide logo items in our sponsor bags given to every attendee of the event

Bronze Sponsorships: $100

• Listed as a Bronze Sponsor on the MarCom website as well as all electronic correspondence to our member list
• 1 ticket to the Spark Awards, a $45 Value
• Company name, logo and sponsor level printed on all collateral materials, including emails, invitations, awards presentation, posters, etc.
• Recognition during the awards by the emcee and in media presentation
• Opportunity to provide logo items in our sponsor bags given to every attendee of the event

Alternative Sponsorships for $100

• $100 Gift Basket or Prize for Raffle
  • Option A – Donate $100 and MarCom will purchase a prize for the raffle. Recognized in the award presentation 
  • Option B – Donate a basket that is approximately $100 in value. Recognized in the award presentation
• $100 Donation to the MarCom Internship Fund
  • Recognized in the award presentation
